අධ්යාපන සංවර්ධන අංශය (Education Development Division)
අධ්යාපන කලාපයේ සිසුන්ගේ අධ්යාපන තත්ත්වය ගුණාත්මක ලෙස පවත්වා ගැනීමේ ප්රධාන කාර්යභාරය පැවරෙන්නේ අධ්යාපන සංවර්ධන අංශයට යි. මෙම අංශය යටතේ පාසල් විෂය මාලාවට අදාළ සියලු ම විෂය සංවර්ධනයට අවශ්ය කාර්යය සිදු කරන අතර සිසුන්ගේ සාධන මට්ටම් අධ්යයනය කරමින් පාසල් පද්ධතිය වෙත අධ්යාපන සංවර්ධනය සඳහා අවශ්ය මැදිහත් වීම ද සිදු කරයි. පාසල් වාර පරීක්ෂණ, ප්රතිඵල විශ්ලේෂණ, ගුරු සංවර්ධන, විෂයානුබද්ධ තරග, ශිෂ්ය සාධනය ඉහළ නැංවීම, විෂය සංවර්ධනය සඳහා විවිධ වැඩසටහන් සිදු කිරීම ආදී කටයුතු මෙන් ම පාසල්වල අධ්යාපනයේ ගුණාත්මක තහවුරුව සඳහා ද වගකීම දරන්නේ මෙම අංශය යි.Education Development Division
The main task of this division is to maintain the quality of education for students in the educational zone. This division carries out all tasks necessary for the development of school subjects and provides necessary interventions for educational development by studying student achievement levels. கல்வி வலயத்தில் கல்வித் தரத்தை பண்புசார் ரீதியாக பேணும் பிரதான பணி கல்வி அபிவிருத்திப் பிரிவைச் சாரும். பாடசாலைக் கலைத்திட்டத்திற்குரிய அனைத்து விடயங்களுக்குமான செயற்பாடுகளை மேற்கொண்டலுடன் மாணவர்களின் அடைவுமட்டத்தை ஆய்வு செய்து பாடசாலைகளுக்குத் தேவையான தலையீடுகள் மேற்கொள்வது, பாடசாலைத் தவணைப் பரீட்சைப் பெறுபேற்றுப் பகுப்பாய்வு செய்வது, ஆசிரியர் அபிவிருத்தி, பாட மற்றும் விடய ரீதியான போட்டிகளை நடத்துவது பாட மேம்பாட்டிற்கான பல்வேறு நிகழ்ச்சிகளை நடத்துதல் போன்ற செயற்பாடுகளினூடாக பாடசாலைகளின் கல்வித் தரத்தை உறுதிப்படுத்தும் பாரிய பொறுப்பு இப்பிரிவுக்குரியதாகும்.
